Brooklyn Bureau turns 137
Hundreds of supporters celebrate 137 years of compassion at Anniversary Dinner gala
In the Jade and Astor Rooms at the Waldorf Astoria, hundreds of supporters celebrated the Bureau's extraordinary commitment to provide comprehensive services that empower disabled adults, protect at-risk children, strengthen Brooklyn families and assist persons affected by the events of 9/11.
The May evening brimmed with testimonies and tributes to Anniversary Dinner Honorees Art Certosimo, Executive Vice President, Division Manager, The Bank of New York, and Allen B. Clark, Senior Vice President, Broker Dealer Services, JP Morgan, for their generosity and support. More than $300,000 was raised to help ensure the Bureau's services continue.
